Our first step to a new method of wandering

In late October of 2009 Pat & I purchased a used Lazy Daze motorhome. Our experience with a RV is book bound at the moment. Besides a few trips to local state parks and the occasional drive to gain some knowledge of how it handles, we are for the most part clueless to the lifestyle. As we prepare for our adventure I plan to make a few entries. I hope to lay some groundwork about who we are, and what motivates us to cross international borders with a 'home' on our back.
